    Are you running mods on your server?

    Maybe there is a hint for the freezes in the files called DayZServer_x64......RPT (sorted by date) located in the folder dayzstandalone/Config

    This is an english summary of my german tutorial for installation of ZomBerry Admin Tools for DayZ PC version

    [TUTORIAL] ZomBerry Admin Tools Installation NITRADO


    Preparation

    - FTP connection to your server (Filezilla) for uploadig files

    - editor (Notepad++) for editing config file

    - your steamID64 (Steam ID Finder / Simple ID Converter)

    - hint: you have to install Mod @CF too for running @ZomBerry Admin Tools on your server

    - stop server


    Get both mods from workshop

    - run DayZLauncher in Steam (Play DayZ)

    - enter workshop by clicking Mods / +SteamWorkshop in DayZLauncher

    - search for CF (by Jacob_Mango) and subscribe (download will start)

    - search for ZomBerry Admin Tools (by Vaker) and subscribe (download will start)

    - return to DayZLauncher and click checkbox for both mods (Loaded mods)


    Copy subscribed mod as local mod on your local computer (do following steps for both mods CF and ZomBerry Admin Tools)

    - click mod in DayZLauncher -> Display more options -> copy as a local mod...

    - select a folder of your choice to store subscribed mod


    Customize folders and enter your steamID64 in ZomBerrys config file

    - go to the selected folder on your local computer in file browser (there should be two folders @CF and @ZomBerry Admin Tools)

    - delete blanks in folder name @ZomBerry Admin Tools (@ZomBerryAdminTools)

    - go to folder @ZomBerryAdminTools and rename folder Config to ZomBerry (case sensitive !!)

    - go to just renamed folder @ZomBerryAdminTools/ZomBerry and open file admins.cfg in editor

    - delete content (the authors BIGUID and steamID64) and insert your steamID64 in line 1 (insert further admins steamID64 in a new line) and save file


    Upload local mods to server

    - connect to server via FileZilla (FTP Credentials in Nitrado servers webinterface)

    - upload folder @CF from local computer to folder dayzstandalone on server (this is the "root" directory of your server where all mods are placed)

    - upload folder @ZomBerryAdminTools from local computer to folder dayzstandalone on server

    - upload .bikey keys of both mods (inside folder Keys in each local mod folder) to dayzstandalone/keys folder on server

    - upload folder ZomBerry (you renamed this folder a few steps before inside folder @ZomberryAdminTools) to dayzstandalone/config folder on server (this is the "profiles" or "config" folder of your server, many other mods will place config files here)


    Tell Nitrado server the additional mods he has to load at start

    - go to Nitrado servers webinterface

    - go to SETTINGS/General

    - insert @CF;@ZomBerryAdminTools in Additional mods and save ( @CF BEFORE ZomBerry !! case sensitive !! names MUST match uploaded mod folder names !! don't miss the ; between both mod names !! don't forget to save !!)


    restart server

    key M opens ZomBerry Admin Tools menu in game


    - join server ONLY by using Steams DayZLauncher with BOTH mods checked as Loaded mods

    - you will be kicked from your server when not loading the mods as client

    - you will be kicked from your server if mods getting updated in workshop, your server doesn't know, so everytime a mod gets updated you have to upload the mod again to your server following all the steps above

    - often there is no need to upload the "config" folders of mods everytime mods are getting updates, you have to check workshop description and change notes for more information (e.g. your renamed folder ZomBerry in servers config folder)

    - you will NEVER EVER be able to join modded Nitrado server by using DayZSALauncher

    edit file init.c in folder mpmissions/dayzOffline.chernarusplus and replace lines


    with following lines


    This is only a suggestion, doing it this way you avoid spawning waterbottles or pipsi cans being empty (for example).

    USE NOTEPAD++ FOR EDITING (BEST TOOL) AND ALWAYS BACKUP FILE BEFORE EDITING, CHANGES ARE ACTIVE AFTER SERVER RESTART.

    Don’t copy the addon folder, just copy the whole @ZomBerry Admin Tool folder to servers root, delete the blanks in name (blanks can cause issues not loading mods correctly for some hosters) , copy key to keys folder.

    Inside ZomBerryAdminTools folder go to Config folder and edit admins.cfg file: delete SteamID64 inside (it’s the authors ID) and put in your SteamID64, save file.

    Rename Config folder to ZomBerry (case sensitive!) and put renamed folder in config folder on server.

    Add @CF Mod and @ZomBerryAdminTools at the beginning in additional modifications in webinterface as following example:

    @CF;@ZomBerryAdminTools

    (if you load more mods just add them after last mod by inserting ;@ANOTHERMod1;@ANOTHERMod2;.............)

    Save and restart server to activate.

    It’s an unwanted‚„feature“ of current state of DayZ, there is nothing you can really do to prevent cars from disappearing.

    Some player change gear to zero when parking, others suggest to not disassemble any wheel when parking and more.

    So the formula should be (for example with two server restarts, daytime multiplier of 2, nighttime multiplier of 11)


    (Real-time Minutes per day) / (how many server-restarts) / (daytime multiplier) / (nighttime multiplier) = (how many minutes of night)


    (24x60) / 2 / 2 / 11 = 32.727272



    An example of the math with 4 server restarts, daytime multiplier of 4, nighttime multiplier of 20


    (24x60) / 4 / 4 / 20 = 4.5 Minutes

    Sure, as long as Nitrado doesn’t allow to integrate the needed .exe from DZSALAUNCHER there will never shown any mods and foreign players will not be able to join without knowing the exact mods running on the server.


    I asked the support many times to integrate the DZSA tool and explained the problem without success yet.


    Best thing all customers can do is to write to support many times to force them to get that fixed.

    Nitrado servers allow mods.

    You have to subscribe mods in Steam Workshop, save them as local mod on your computer, upload local mod to server, upload key to server, call them in Nitrado webinterface base settings additional mods .

    Done.

    You have to load the mods as client as well.

    Better rename mod folders and additional mod settings without blanks.

    Make sure names are equal!

    Case sensitive!

    No problem to rename @mod folders, does work
