The parrot is excluded from this, cause parrots sit on the shoulder. It would have many uses. And by carrying the animal you could supposedly hug it, increasing its trust/friendship. If tamed pets get happy, they should have smiley particles in place of hearts. There needs to be an update to pets, let's call it the Pet Update. Also, patting animals like sheep should be a possibility as well as tamed animals when clicking on them. However, clicking on them with an item in hand will still attack them.
