Why some players can't join my servers, sometimes they got kicked while server running... Anyone help me please?

My server don't stop restarting and when I go to file browser it says me "hostsystem is not ready or offline. "
"In the main page says me the current folder is currently not available. Please reinstall gameserver if the problem persists. "
But why??? I didn't do nothing...

Some players cannot get to my private server. The server simply does not accept them. My friend has access to my server. But he does not have access to another private server. In these cases, it does not even reach the password. Something similar to “Unknown network error” is written at the top of the screen. This happens all the time. Is there a solution?
