    I think its indicative of recent support by Nitrado when the staff appear to respond to negative TrustPilot reviews quicker than they do to support tickets.

    A shame really, as I have used Nitrado Ark servers previously with no issue, but this has really soured by opinion of them.

    Even if he has, I doubt he's heard anything.
    I was discussing this with him on the Discord Channel as we both have exactly the same issue.


    I've got a ticket sitting waiting and no response as yet, meanwhile they have my money and i've lost the Sunday time I had to actually play.

    Attempted to call the support direct, but after being on hold for over 10 minutes I was asked if I could still select the option to purchase again then the call disconnected. I'm not going to throw more money away on lengthy calls that resolve squat.
