Hold off one minute. I'm trying to configure it at the moment, I keep getting an error "Unable to query info" when I try to launch the game.

Looks like Miami is operational. I had to pay for migration. Just remember if you have to do the same, make sure to export your configuration data and download your saved files and upload them to the new server.

I wonder if this has anything to do with what's happening in New York right now. I'm switching over the Miami and let you guys know if that solves the problem.

Hi,
I have rented a game server a few days ago and imported a save file. All was working well until an hour ago. I have followed your guides on troubleshooting but I'm not successful in gaining access to the game. My friends are also reporting the same issue, so the problem can't be localized to my end. The dashboard tells me that the game is up and running, I'm not sure what the problem is.
