Ok I think we have tried everything we can if it is stuck in a restart loop the best course would for you to submit a support ticket explaining that its stuck in a restart loop. Please give them time to look at your ticket. They're looked at in the order they're received

Can you confirm that the server is a PS4 server and not a PC server?
Also please make sure you have the correct map selected, whether its pve/pvp and also make sure of you have it password protected that you have that option checked off on the server listing.
It is for ps4 and I have it on PVP Ragnarok with no password. I just tried to restart it and now it is not restarting. it just keeps going. when I search for it on the playstation, I look for all maps and PvE/PvP
