If my server gets to the 10/10 people online and I own the server how do I log in if it’s full?

Not sure what you mean, I was in my server manager and turned on players on map and it didn’t work I don’t see anyone else. And I want people to get more stat points to spend when they level up which I can’t find in my server management interface.
