I had the same issue with my Xbox server. I fixed mine by restoring to a previous save, before the update. Hope that helps!
How do you do this? I don't want to go so far back that i lose a lot of progress.
In your server settings, under Restore Backup. The Map Save Backups is what you want. You'll have to choose a backup that was prior to your problems, which will result in a loss of all progress since.

Same issue here. All servers in my cluster are affected. We have all maps except SE. Attempts to join by any player fails.
