the location setting is for where the server resides as i understand and wouldn't change the payment option afaik

the website litterally says you have to order xbox servers via the xbox app. i ordered a pc version through the websit but the server isn't showing on the xbox under "pc servers" so im thinking i can't do it like that and must go through the app? (thx for the quick response) . its for ark
