Every time Official Ark servers update, the break something with my custom server and I have to spend hours fixing their BS. PLEASE give us a way to block, undo, or OPT out of updates that affect Official. There is nothing more bothersome than coming home from work to play on my PAID for PRIVATE server and find that WildCard pulled some stupid stunt with an update and broke everything on my custom server before taking off for the freaking weekend... as a side note to this, Also, please for no good reason stop restarting my servers without alerting me.

On the PS4, Our AB server continues to crash, not restart even though it shows green. I only hear about it because of Discord. It never reboots right.

Mine looks the same as well, same issues as reported in another topic on the Genesis servers crashing.

have you guys tried to reach out again via the ticket or call the hotline during open business hours?
I have, I've been told the issue "resolved itself" in my tickets that I keep submitting. Which it has not. Server crashes still, mindwipes are still causing an issue, and restarting is still an issue. I'm guessing the problem is in a patch with the Genesis map itself, but confused as to why the server hosting it is just closing for no reason, also after it fails I still see on the dashboard that its "Green" even though there is no ram or cpu use.

I've been having the crashing and restarting issue for the last week...submitted a ticket, and they cleared the problem...which was NOT fixed...still crashing and losing time/money and patience...

Our server keeps restarting, or locking up and needing to be restarted. Only server affected is the Genesis server since the update. We are playing on the PS 4 but its the same problem. Just now the server crashed and I had to restart it, lost 3 days to this.

Yes, since the last update everything is broken.

Same thing here, we all play for about 30 min, then all kicked, no way to rejoin as it shows everyone still in the server. The "joining session" notification appears but never loads. I force start the server and we play for another 30-60 min and booted again and it starts over...I submitted a ticket, and I'm about to call them.
