No, that setting is specific only to PC and Genesis Map.
Flyers in Genesis this was the alternate way. Looks like the WebUI was updated.
i try this but after a minute its going to false again. i think this settings are connected because after open Genesis - allow flying creaturs bForceCanRideFliers=True setting change permanently
