I found out how to ask this question formally yesterday.
There is a support menu at the top of the nitrado homepage. Ask by ticket.

Starting yesterday, server restarts are repeated at a 5~10minute interval
When you reconnect, it goes back to the previous situation.
I didn't do anything, but the server went down alone.
I ask for help because it is not something I can solve.
