    I'm sorry you're having this issue. Have you submitted a support ticket. If it a brand new server you can try a fresh server install to see if it corrects the problem.

    Ive seen this issue going back as far as 2018 from posts, any idea as to why this is an ongoing problem? Or what i can do to remedy the situation? I have a server for the PS4 and my PC version and they don't have the same problem, I know they're through a different company and this is mobile I just want to do everything I can to help or eliminate this in the future. I'm lucky if I get to play it for 2 hours a day because of the constant restarting and kicking me off. Losing all my save data and stuff too won't be an acceptable solution though either, especially with my current progress I've made. If the problem isn't fixed is there a way to just get my money back? I don't want to pay for a server that I can't even use ya Kno?

    if forcestop isnt working you will most likely have to submit a support ticket

    How do I submit a support ticket? I got an alert that the problem was being fixed. The message was gone so I assumed it had been fixed... But nope... Sometimes I can play for 3 hours uninterrupted then I play for 5 minutes, I can't even get through one cave run because I get half way everything stolls attacking, I can't click on things and it boots me, when I go to nitrado it says my server is restarting, or it's green but still not working. And I'm the only person on my server. I've seen ALOT of other ppl saying they had similar problems, and their posts have good back months and some a year. I just don't understand what it is that I am paying for exactly. I have tried to be calm and hope it was fixed but it's like jumping through hoops to get actual help or answers... I don't know what else to do.

    Hey again, my server is constantly restarting on its own, sometimes I can play 20 minutes or so and then others I play for 5 or less and it boots me. I have tried stopping and starting on my own but it still does it, now it says it has been restarting for the last 40 mins or so. All the progress I make disappears when it kicks me off I finished a build and now it's half done because it kicked me out and went back to it's last save. How can I fix this? I'm paying for a server I cannot use... Please and thank you

    I was struggling to figure this out, this is the first time renting a server and I set the breeding rates to maximize eggs/hatching/wait intervals but they're just as long as they are when I played single player. I was curious of the exact process once the server is up and running. How do I go about correcting this?
