I've looked everywhere and tried everything, but when i use the Expert mode and change the ini files accordingly for structure no clipping it still wont work.. im using:
bDisableStructurePlacementCollision=true
Can anyone help me? The vanilla building on this game is almost game breaking for us creative people.
