Can't seem to to upgrade my server from 10 slots to 20 slots to play the new Ark DLC...any ideas?

Thanks for the warning on this update! Maybe a countdown saying the server is going down should have been used...or maybe an option not to apply it right now.

I've trying to start my server, for about six hours now, and this is the message I've been getting. Hostsystem not ready or offline, please try again later. I can"t even post a support ticket.
