for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    Same issue with our Conan Exiles server and new Minecraft server. Communication on tickets has been incredibly lackluster lately and copy/paste responses are frustrating to say the least.

    No offer of extending our Conan server even though there have been issues for a week... Lost files (ergo server), lost players :(

    I have put in a ticket but there has been no response yet (#10766547).

    There are no files in our /conan/ConanSandbox/Saved directory - this happened after a brief suspension of an hour before I added more days. The server was paid for again and fired up. We needed to roll the server back but the restore failed numerous times. Now the server is looping install and restore fail. Checked the server files and none of our game data is there...

    Like I said, I have put in a ticket but hoped someone may see this here and action our ticket. Our server has been most of the day.

    Just a heads up that the message in the dashboard regarding removing Emberlight is incorrect. If you remove this mod it will remove the items placed in the world. Nitrado are aware but haven't been able to change it yet :)

    You can ignore this message and just update your mods. If you are having issues, you should check the Steam pages (and Discord servers) of your mods for updates and solutions, starting with the main mods you have installed.

    After the latest Conan game and devkit update, our heavily modded Conan server was failing to launch on restart. For us, this was because Emberlight & Improved Quality of Life (iQoL) were editing the same file so were conflicting. But both have been updated and are working fine together :D

    If your server is not starting or is crashing, it would be best to start looking at the mods Steam pages and Discord servers.

    I could update our servers about 8-10 hours ago without the error message, so was able to start servers fine. I can now even access the server.nitrado.net domain from my ISP instead of needing 4G on my phone. Not sure what was changed, but it worked.

    Same here with our Conan server. Hopefully our Ark servers don't go down right now too! Shame with the free Conan weekend starting... and no Conan server ;(;(;(

    This is the latest message on their panel. Fingers crossed it get fixed soon!

    Today I cannot access the Nitrado website and subsequently login to my account to access my 5 servers. Yesterday I could - approximately 20 hours ago-ish. I have done nothing different and the issue does not appear to be local.

    I have run tracert's on game servers and can access them fine, but get timeouts when accessing admin panel on Günstige Prepaid Gameserver | nitrado.net

    My ISP (Aussie Broadband) said they definitely opted me out of CGNAT when I requested it a few weeks ago (I could not access the Nitrado website at all so I called them and they removed CGNAT and I could access and purchase the servers no problems) and they cannot see at this stage that it is at their end.

    Please help! ;(

    I am hoping there may be a solution at our server end for this one!

    We have just moved our Ark servers over to Nitrado from another Host. But some player are having issues connecting to our servers.

    - At first I could not access the Nitrado website from Brisbane AU until I called my ISP Aussie Broadband, and they turned off GCNAT. Now all good and have no issues.
    - Unfortunately we have players in the states who are (using Cox Comm and subsequently) being blocked by AT&T because they do not offer static IP addresses.

    I am by far no expert on CGN's and I understand this is a user issue but is there a way we can remove some type of security or feature at our end which allows out players to play on our servers? I am just hoping there's something we can do.
