Dedicated to me, means, One machine, One Map. Is this still what dedicated means? Or is it my cluster on one machine?

I'm still dealing with lag on 2 of my servers. During the day they sit at 45-60, but at about 10pm they come back down to 20. I'm trying to get Nitrado to fix this issue. Why I ask what dedicated means, is I feel like 2 of my servers are on a shared box with other servers that have high traffic. Which isn't fair, causing me and my few players to lag.

It's difficult with support because they seem to be automated responses. Even the phone call, the dude was a complete drone when answering questions. Am I out of line here? Why can't the provide these 2 servers the great performance my other 2 servers have? Do I just pack up my stuff and move to a different provider?

    Thanks

(And yes, I know this isn't a way to reach support. But right now, support isn't even working. Every ticket, every phone call leads to them telling me they'll move my servers to new hardware and that's all they have to tell me. And it's been their single and only response to me since I signed up.)

I've been renting servers from Nitrado for awhile. But this time I'm on Xbox, normally its been PC servers. Currently I have 4 Maps on a cluster for Ark. 2 run fantastic and am VERY pleased. But the other 2 only run great HALF the time. From 11am until about 10pm they sit at DOUBLE their ping, making it very noticeable.

So far from every support person I talk to, I seem to be getting a copy and paste responses.

How do I get them to fix the problems for me? Because I am 110% not going to stick around with folks who can't see an obvious spike in pings and not see it on their end and figure it out. To me, it seems like these 2 bad servers are on a shared box with servers that are probably heavily populated during peak times when people are awake and or not at work 11am to 10pm sounds about spot on for times most people want to play.

So again, what the hell can I do for a last attempt to get them to do something other than pressing ctrl v in a response to me. (We're gonna move you to different hardware, please let us know if you see better results.

All 3 of my Xbox servers restart at 5am every day. When this happens, it also World Wipes all wild dinosaurs. This is a problem, because if a user of mine see's a dinosaur on day 1 and can't tame it until day 2, he's <removed> out of luck. I don't see any option to disable restarts.

    Any suggestions? Thanks
