for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    Im with him this is insane my servers been down all day, support won’t give me an update. We’re paying each month for the constitancy of our server. They can at least give us an update with maybe a time frame on when we can actually use what we’re paying for.

    This is also affecting mobile servers, my servers been down for hours, support said they are looking in to the “web interface problems” server shows up on safari and chrome but the app says I don’t even own a server.

    My ark mobile server isn’t showing up on the nitrado app or the ark server list, but is showing up on the web page, American customer service apperantly doesn’t open for another 2 hours, any ideas?
