Is this an issue with a certain server or set of servers, a problem with the update or some kind of cyber attack? If we knew something this would really help.

I have this issue as well. I tried on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Nothing works. I tried on a separate computer on a separate network, still nothing. Support doesn't even open for another few HOURS and is only open for 4 hours? WTF how do we get this fixed NOW? Tickets NEVER get read or responded to.
