    This is not normal and it usually works within 15 minutes after ordering the server. But sometimes there can be a problem which the system can not fix on its own. Therefore you have to create a support ticket to have the staff look at it.

    "Public Server" is just the name of the server category. If the game allows you to set a password, you can do it. There is no rule to keep the server with or without password.


    Certain games demand more ressources which are not included in the "Public Server Basic", therefore you have to rent at least the "Public Server".

    You have to contact the support for a refund. I'm not sure if they will refund the money from the remaining server runtime. You could "downgrade" the server to the minimum amount of slots and the shortest runtime and get the left over money refunded. A refund is not always possible, the support can tell you the exact terms. If i'm correct, a refund will also close your account.

    You should be able to transfer the server on your own to a new location. The data should stay, but a restart of the server is obviously necessary. (Im sure, they will only transfer the userdata / savegames and not all the default serverfiles) Im not sure if you will keep the same IP, you might want to contact the support for this information.

    Anyways, it is a computer and there can always be an error so make sure to save the files you want to keep in case something goes wrong.

    I've owned a TF2 server for quite some time and metamod/sourcemod was never a problem.

    Keep in mind, Nitrado is using Linux so you have to use the linux version of the mods aswell. In the files for linux, there is no exe file. (I'm assuming, you got the windows version of the mods which won't work)

    I can only recommend the dev versions of the mods, sometimes the stable versions are just not good enough. You can always try the stable version first if you don't trust the dev version but from my expierience, i can say the dev version was never a problem.


    There should also be an option in the webinterface to enable metamod/sourcemod but im not sure whether it is the most recent version or an older one. It's usually better to install it on your own. (upload the files and restart the server, not much work anyways)

    I haven't tried it, but it might work.

    On the main page, click on the little eye in the top right corner.


    It will show a list of all available forums. Uncheck the ones you don't want to see and hit submit. If all goes according to my plan, you should only see the selected cateogries (and hopefully also only the unread topics of the selected categories).


    BTW: there is also an option to mark all unread topics as read.

    I usually use this option, at first im opening all the topics i want to read in new tabs an after i'm done, i'm using this option to mark all other topics as read.

    If that's really the case, its not intended. Please contact the support so they can check it and correct if something is wrong.

    If you want to donate money to another user, you have to do it while charging your account.

    After a few minutes, a "force stopp" button should appear. Press it and the server should stop no matter what. If it works, you can try to start the server again. If the button does not appear or it still doesn't work, please contact the support.

    What do you mean with "got no answer"? When did you write the ticket, the tickes will be processed in the order they are created. It usually takes around 24 to 48 hours (depending on the amount of tickets and if its a weekend etc...)


    I can only imagine, the name you have chooesen or a part of it is on a blacklist and won't be allowed. Eg. i don't think you can use google, im sure it's a registered trademark.
