    If you want to decrease the slots etc. you should do it as close as possible to the end of the runtime. This way you will loose less money compared to an earlier downgrade. As far as i know, a downgrade will only credit you 50% of the money from the existing server.

    1: execute the following command before opening the lobby and it will connect to your own server (it has to be empty to work)

    2: The password can be set in the server.cfg file.

    3: As far as i know, once you open a lobby for e.g. versus combined with the command from 1 it should use your server with the selected gamemode. I'm not sure about mutations, i stopped playing a long time ago.

    4: maps (*.vpk files) are usually just files which have to be put into the addons folder on the server. for all the other stuff, sourcemod is your friend. just google it.

    Please check the "Account" table right below the before/after table. You will be credited some money (only a certain amount) for the existing server and you have to pay only the difference. Here it is also only possible to extend the runtime to any of the given options (3, 30, 90 or 365 days)

    BUT: Why are you doing this trough the "change slots, runtime or location" option? Yes, it says also "runtime" but trough this function it is like changing the whole server and not just extending the runtime. With this option it will always calculate the value for the remaining server. For a simple runtime extension, you should use the "extend" option which does exactly what you think.

    And no, i dont use wifi on any of the devices in house..

    The question if he's using WIFI or mobile data was asked to find out if he's using the same or 2 different networks (WIFI from his router or mobile data).

    • If he is using WIFI and it's working on the smartphone, there seems to be a problem with the computer.
    • If he is using mobile data and it is working, it could be a problem in his local network / router config.

    WIFI on it's own is usually not the problem.

    Both links ar working for me on PC. Maybe try restarting your router / modem. (Is your phone connected via WLAN or mobile data?)

    What is the exact problem? Can you restart the server? Can you connect to the server but not restart the server or is it stopped and you can't start the server.

    If the server is stuck restarting or won't stop, usually a "force start" button will appear after a few minutes and you can start / stop the server.


    It this does not work or the button isn't showing up, please contact the support.

    If it's already not working after a reinstall, please contact the support. I've tried to connect to the IP you posted but i get the same error.


    A Rust server usually takes a few minutes to get started but not hours.

    The message "all other games, besides..." is correct, the upgrade has no effect on your factorio server.

    For all other gameservers, nitrado has selected the host (cpu) and the amount of ram allocated to the server.


    The only way i know of getting more resources for other games is by upgrading the slot count. I just don't know the exact numbers. You may want to contact the support to get more info about it.

    Which game?

    The automated backups are set to 24 hours, that's something you can't change. Some games might allow to create individual backups.
