Can't connect to FTP

    Can't connect to our astroneer FTP for the server. When I try I get "530 Login incorrect" and I can not change the FTP password; while trying I'm met with "User 4530443_1 home directory not found". The server has also been continuously restarting.

    Try to stopp the server via the "force stopp" button (should appear after a few minutes being stuck in restart). Wait a few minutes and try to start the server again.

    If it sill won't work, you have to contact the support. I assume thats also the problem why the FTP isn't working.
