Please HELP Ark survival evolved Smartphone

I rented a server a few days ago so my cousin and I could play on our own server. I rented the 2048 RAM and the more advanced option NOT “Basic” and now my cousin can’t load in. He said it acts like it’s going to load in but then says error check server connection or something and never loads in. I’m just wondering if I should upgrade the server or if it’s another issue. Thanks in advance!!

Do not upgrade the hardware. It is only available like that for Minecraft. The servers have monitoring software that if it needs more performance, it will adjust accordingly. Change it back, and go from there.
