Basically as the title says. The first time my friend and I joined we were greeted with the character creation but when we went to hit create character it crashed our games. Now the game just crashes before we join. I am on epic version. Playing the island with no mods. I am able to join other servers fine. Any suggestions?

Could try reloading the server. Could be a corrupted gamefile or player.
Check the logs. Maybe a crashstack?
