despite numerous attempts to launch my server the server comes back to a halt after 5 min, thank you in advance for your answers

You might want to check your server logs and see if any errors like crashstack.
Or if you are running mods might want to start removing 1 at a time and see if they are causing the issue.
Just some suggestions. Remember to make a backup first.

I have just checked your servers and could not find any problems at the moment. If the problems are not solved, I ask you to create a support ticket in which you refer to the server that is not working.
