Zombie Spawns Livonia

Soo many zombies spawn thats fine but the area i want to build for my private server is infested with literally 10-18 zombies and they seem to respawn evey 5 minutes. i know how to change the things needed in the file but maybe im not doing it right. i set it for a 30 respawn time and they still spawn in after 5 minutes. please help

if your value is "30" it means 30 Seconds. 1800 would be 30 minutes.

I didn't mod livonia yet, isn't there a zombie_territories.xml? There you could look for the coordinates of your base (iZurvive DayZ & ARMA Map: Chernarus+ Terrain) and delete the line. So I got rid of the zombies lurking in my base in vybor.
