I looked through game.ini, gameusersettings.ini, general settings but can not find the harvest multiplayer and stats per level
Cant find harvest multiplier on expert mode

stats per level are in game.ini, harvesting is in the gus.ini
Custom Harvest Amounts & Spoiling Time Tool - Ark Survival Evolved is a good tool to learn and use if you want to custom.
By default the WebUI has the harvesting to set.

dude, im sorry that im asking but i still cant find it in gus.ini

You will need to use the WebUI to get to it, unless you can use the filebrowser through the website. I am not sure how much access to the ini files you have for consoles through the web.
FTP is not available.
If you can not browse to it, then the only way is expert or menu.
