Nitrado money

Hi there all

I have a question. my nitrado account when i look on the browser states i have money in it. However i cant seem to use that money on my xbox to buy servers or up the run time?

Is that money on nitrado dead or can i transfer that money from my nitrado profile to my bank account to then use on xbox to add another server to my cluster

The money you see in your Nitrado account can only be used on servers purchase on the Nitrado website. You can not use it for console servers being that is done through the MS store, and is not available to be transferred. However you might be able to create a ticket with Nitrado Support and reach out to the billing office. They would direct you exactly what you can do.
