Have you tried re-installing the server from the Web Interface following the patch?
Assisted another user on the forum with a similar issue and that resolved it.

I would be interested in seeing if you get this fixed as I have done so many reinstalls and reset xmls and my Cherno map still will not spawn anything at all. But yet Livonia spits out so much loot for me right now. Have a great evening everyone.

If resetting the server/configs to their default state and/or re-installing the server the server from the Web Interface doesn't work and you still experience the same issue, my next suggestion would be to raise a ticket so the Support team can look into this for you (provide as much info as you can around the issue, replications steps, any errors in logs etc. every detail helps!) .
As community forum mods we don't have access to your servers so we are limited in terms of the support we can provide here.
