Me and my friends where playing on my server, and out of nowhere it shut us out, but my "dashboard" tells me that everything is fine. I have restarted it twice, stopped it for 20 mins and then starting it again. Nothing helps. i have stopped it now to prevent everything i have build/tamed getting destroyed/killed (starving). I have also wrote you a ticket, but no respond. Now i'm getting pretty sad, this is pretty sad customer service. My last resort would be to wipe the server, but i really dont want to loose a whole weeks progress.
Rented server shut out.

If someone could help you, you have to give more details
what happens when you try to connect? Is the server on the server list?
