Cross Play server. Xbox can find the server no problem steam cannot

I recently rented a Cross Play server. Xbox can find the server no problem and join in, however from Steam I cannot. I did find only one setting relating to it in the configuration, "DisableSteamPlayers", but still no luck after unchecking that as well as restarting the server and client. Not sure what else to check.

Dude, like clearly I’m not using the Xbox personal server I bought the Nitrado Xbox/steam server As I said in my post the support ticket is sent had a useless answer too, does anyone at Nitrado even have any server management skills? This is a horrid service with horrible non informed customer support service
