Server Wipe

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

Thank you to all members for your continued use of the forum!

Assistance with all questions concerning your Nitrado service can now be found in these spots:
Community Discord: https://discord.gg/nitrado

  • To reset days, its a wipe or mapchange. A command exists to change time of day, but not days. You can try to upload all to ob, but its a risk.

With 2 servers, it would work. That is how I do it. Get a temp server, transfer. Wipe then download back down to new server.

As with ARK and any games, its a risk.

  • For console:

Bottom left "Reinstall Server". This will remove EVERYTHING; saved files, profiles, game files, ini.

For PC server folks looking to see how:

Bottom left "Reinstall Server". This will remove EVERYTHING; saved files, profiles, game files, ini.

If you want to keep the ini, and backups and just a map/player wipe you can do this....

Change map to a map you are not using. Save, restart.

    Then shutdown server.

Use Filezilla using FTP. Delete all the map file names in the ARK folder, profiles, tribes and backup profiles/tribes.

    Start server up.

Once up, change back to map you originally were using. Save, restart.

    Connect.

    All new.
