So yesterday I submitted two support tickets and yet for some reason they haven't been answered? I mean I get they may have slow support times but like a message or something to tell me when they'll respond would be great.

I'm sorry your tickets haven't been answered yet. I would suggest submitting only 1 ticket for the issue unless they're for separate issues.
If more than one ticket is written for the same issue it could lead to confusion on working through the issue itself.
Also tickets can take up to 24 hours to be answered as well. Have you tried to use the chat, Skype or the phone line during the open hours as well?

You can call Nitrado Support within their opening hours, the support advisor will be able to look into the ticket for you as they did for me the other day when I had an issue with my SCUM server if you are concerned about the ticket response time.
I don't speak for Nitrado but I suspect that due to the current Coronavirus climate, and more users staying at home gaming etc. responses may be taking a bit longer than usual in some instances.
We are just community forum moderators and this is a community support forum, so support on this forum is provided by the community and obviously limited, we don't have access to your account etc. so if you have any issues requiring Nitrado's assistance, you will need to get in touch.

how long to wait for an answer?
Tickets can take up to 24 hours to be answered. Please also keep in mind, sometimes during an update or a release of a new game, it might take more time.
Just in case you can't wait, you can always call during the business times.
Thanks, they was replied my ticket. and my server can running again, but new problem is i cant join to my server. im not set my server with password but pop up say invalid login, wrong password. i've changed the configuration several times, but still it does.
Log into your WebUI. This means you have a password set.
Or the IP/server moved or changed. Make sure you are connecting to the correct server.
