How can i delete my server

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    So how do i delete my server no delete button is there or anything close to it and if i downgrade the server runtime so it closes by itself will it cost money if i hv no money left in my account:?: btw its minecraft not astroneer but the minecraft game is not popping up on label

    Minecraft isn't showing up because it has its own category. i moved it to "general support" as it has nothing to do with a specific game.


    You can simply leave your server as it is. Once the runtime is over it will go into standby and after 7 days it will be deleted. (shut down your server in the meantime if you don't want anyone to be able to play on it and disable all the automated tasks.)

    You can however, if you really want, downgrade your server to the minimum. You will get smaller refund, but you also have to rent it for the minimum amount of time available (3 days).

    Important: Mods here in the forum do not have access to your services. If we advise you to contact the support, you have to create a ticket or call them. There is nothing we can do.
