What I don't understand then is why I can connect to other servers. Probably not on Nitrado server and I'm also an epic user.

I can connect to my server using the Open <ip>:<port> command from another session, its just from the join server screen we get the timeouts. Unfortunatly the open command only lets you stay on the server for 5 minutes before battlyeye disconnect you.

My server on another host updated, started and was recognized by ARK in about an hour.... I've been waiting on the Nitrado one for 5 hours, even though it says it's updated to the correct version and the server has started.

Changed the title of the thread from “Epic Games Clients unable to connect to Ark Servers” to “Summer Bash”. -
My server is up and missing a full week of progress. I try to back up from the most recent save labeled 26/6 and it's still back a week. Same with any save files from 25/6 or 24/6.... Do i really have to locally back up the server every day now?

Summer bash seems to have pretty well distroyed my server cant play at all when ido get in all of my stacks are at one. I am feeling pretty crushed at this point ive tried rolling back my server and waiting for updates but still broken. All this after having to start all over after my server got wiped i was just beginning to get some things rebuilt not sure i will even bother to re up
