I've made a ticket, no response.
Whenever I click the "Connect to server" button it attempts to connect me to a Conan Exiles server even though it's an ARK server.
I've never changed the game of the server and neither me nor my friends own Conan Exiles.
Please help!

Please check the IP of your server and Steam fav as this sounds like your IP changed which can happen

That means the gameserver was changed. If you did not make this change, you may want to change the password of the account and change it back to ARK.

I am having the same exact issue.
I did nothing to my server after I logged off at midnight last night, then this morning its showing as Conan externally. The IP and port are correct, but its showing as the wrong game. Even on my "services" page is shows as conan, but if I drill into the server dashboard it shows its running ARK, except the map on the left is an exile map.
I went to the option to "Change game" but it shows as ARK being currently installed. Something is broadcasting from these ports incorrectly.
I opened support report #10776004 for this issue.

We both did, but no response as of now. It probably does not help that there is a major update and there were connection issues earlier.

It looks like mine is being worked on, although it looks like they are just uninstalling/reinstalling and hopefully restoring a backup from what I am seeing. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Did not think it would be that simple, considering it showed everything running properly on the server, although its now at a new IP/port, so possibly an issue with the range being used.

why is it that I have ragnorok set up for the server and I've been playing ragnorok for the last 3 days but today it randomly only enters me into valguero map? It says that the map is set to ragnorok on server settings and I never changed anything before sleeping yesterday.

I made a ticket about this yesterday (no response still) and another thread that was closed for "being related to another issue." However, that other issue was resolved and mine has not.
To describe my issue:
Yesterday morning my server started showing as Conan Exiles. The IP and port are correct, but its showing as the wrong game. On my services page is shows as conan. If I go into the server dashboard it shows its running ARK, except the map on the left is a Conan Exiles map.
Connecting to the IP on steam gives back a Conan Exiles server with a password (my ARK server never had a password). However, some of my friends managed to join with the IP via Epic Games, but not with steam (I'm running a cross platform server that has been shown to work).
I went to Change game but it shows as ARK being currently installed and I don't want to reinstall it and lose progress.
We have lost a whole day off play time to this issue and nobody has bothered to help extensively.

Try the following and report back!
- Stop server
- Use the Filebrowser and rename the folder arkse to arkse-old
- Then install (or reinstall) Ark again from "Switch Game"
- After it reinstalls, stop server
- Delete arkse from file browser
- Rename arkse-old to arkse

Thanks for reporting back on that. Now everyone knows that's the fix if a restart doesn't fix it.
