After the update to both ark and here we now see the server but are getting a connection time out error. Any ideas or suggestions?

It's literally Nitrados broken servers. We rented one yesterday and had issues starting it for like an hour. The "server status" page threw Error 500 which seems like their service just isn't working/programmed right.
Today, issues again with the latest ark update. They don't really respond in forums and just put a generic message on the server dashboard.

I think this might be more of an Epic issue than Nitrados.
I've worked around it; to do so disable your password from the server if you have one, load a single player game and use the open command.

How exactly can I do that in the webinterface of nitrado? or do you mean ingame singleplayer and then TAB developer console?

The same problem. I am Epic Game user. Solution with connection with the console works, but game disconnect me in 10 minutes. Really disappointed.

Same issue here on Epic, friends who are using Steam have managed to get on the server but I keep timing out

For ftp it worked but i think it was my fault.

I doubt changing the ftp password will fix the issue but if it does let us know
