You must send a ticket to the support queue here : Nitrado Support and ask for a refund.

In the same time to rent a Nitrado XBOX server, you must rent it with the Microsoft XBOX Store, there's an Nitrado App on it to rent your server.

Be advise, Nitrado xbox server can be only purchased on the Nitradop App on XBOX.

For PS4 & PC servers, that's only on the Nitrado Website.
