Hey I am experiencing an issue just rented an empyrion server did the install set the config file up with the port I was provided the name of the game i wanted it to be the password and the number of players but it is not showing in the list when i launch the came and when i try a direct connect with the ip and port that i was provided i get a message that states
(Connect to server failed:could not retireve server information) can anyone help me with this or is this going to be me demanding a refund and going to a different company
