You can try to click force stop on the web interface it will pop up after a couple of minutes while viewing the server dashboard. Let it stay stopped for a few minutes. Then try to reststartthe server again. If it continues the best thing would to submit a support ticket.

same for me, i stopped mine last night and tried to start it today and its still restarting. i try to do a support ticket but it takes you to the FAQ page which is useless for this

If your server is stuck on restarting you can try to do what I suggested above and then submit a support ticket.

Hey, I am having the same issue. I attempted to force-stop and force-start the server but it never successfully starts and just gets stuck restarting. I just rented another month for my server and I would rather it not go to waste. Additionally, I attempted to send a support ticket multiple times only for it to "fail to send". I filled out every field and yet it wouldn't let me send it so I came here instead. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
