you have some serious issues with your servers... not just Empyrion but with out of reach too …

phone support started 2 new servers for me because I did a reinstall that got stuck in a installing loop so he helped with a new server. 1 more in Miami that would not install the game or slow to install and 1 in New York which it did install but I can not get past the loading screen in game... I uninstalled the game and installed out of reach and could not log in to the server... uninstalled and reinstalled Empyrion got the server running and resetup setting with server name and password all looks good so far so I connect to server and start new game and it just gets stuck loading..... I have connected to other server and had no problems..

and yes I did restart the server...

Oh dont worry, once the game does get installed it takes them days to patch it and you're left not being able to play it anymore.

Ours is updated, check to see if yours has been.

Im having the same issue... I have to say Nitrado is a great dissapointing.. its been problem after problem since I purchased the service and I am yet to actually be able to play. Its just pathetic at this point.

You guys need to get your stuff together. Oh the part where you pay them works fine, but then you don't get stuff. Can't play the game. Settings change themselves to whatever they want. Server don't show up on server list. No support. ...and of course I can't get my money back.

How is it they have all the official server updated but mine 4 hours later still is not.

You can try a restart, it might trigger the update process.

If it still doesn't get the update, you have to contact the support.

What a terrible system to update your server. Why isn't this an option from the control panel of your server?

I am also waiting for my server to update. No options on the dashboard to update yourself, nothing from Nitrado about when an update might be expected. And these Mods here on the forums are simply here to pat us on the back and say "there there" while nothing is done to help us.

Yes I know that these forums are community support, but Nitrado ticket support is slower than any I've ever seen and I refuse to pay charges for phone support. This company is horrible I wish I had never rented a server here and will tell all my friends to avoid this company.

Too bad, the server actually runs nice... on the rare occasion it is running.

Just got off the phone with support, EGS hasn't sent them the 12.1 server update yet. They can't roll out updates until the new version is sent over, after that they'll start updating servers as fast as they can.

Thank you for taking the time to mention this. Nitrado should have taken the few minutes it takes to post something like this. Thankfully we have a user like you who is willing to pass on the info!

Thats very interesting because I talk to support about 3 hours ago and the guy I spoke to said they got the update about an hour before that and have begun deploying it. So at this point my faith in Nitrado is dropping by the hour since consistency doesn't seem to be a strong point lol hopefully it will be pushed out soon.

I had the same issue they had to move my location from NY to FL fixed the problem.

I wish they would put a steam access on the web interface so we could get the update for the server much easier and would be quicker.

Plus the official server have been updated that they host.

Someone has posted more up to date info, so this is like a duplicate thread.
