Hello,
I just recently bought a server for me and my friends. However, we have run into an issue where the server randomly crashes throughout the day, and we have to manually restart it to fix it. We made the server auto restart at certain intervals thinking it would help. The server still freezes and kicks everyone out. Our only solution has been manually restarting it. It has been happening so often, that it discourages us to play at times. Thanks for helping out.

Have you checked the logs for any crash errors or errors in genereal? This is the best place to start when the server crashes. Also what map are you playing on? Have you also made any recent chsnges to your settings?
It appears ovis is breeding nonstop on servers causing them to lag out and kick everyone. So far for us it has.

Does the issue resolve itself after you clear the ovis out? Do they come back in again as unclaimed and breed again ?

As I asked above are you getting any crash errors in the logs? Also which problem are you referring to the breeding or the crashing. It helps to clarify when making a post on a thread so us as a community can try to figure out what's causing it.

almando this error requires support. I see you said above you already have a support ticket in. Im sorry that its taking longer than usual for tickets to be looked at. I promise it will get worked on and the issue taken care of.
I have the same issue and I've sent an email to support along with my crash logs. I crash at least once a day, often more, and it happens even if there's only 1 player on my server.
Every crashlog seems to indicate a memory-related crash. Here's my latest one:

as a temp fix use the engine settings to disable the ovi spawns and set up a di o wipe via the general settings section.
This will eliminate the already spawned ones and stop more from spawning in.
Have you adjusted any of the existing dino spawn rates ?
bjornw this error unfortunately requires the help of support. We do not have access to your servers or account. I woukd make a support ticket right away if you havent already. Please make sure to include that error in the support ticket as well.
Massbreeds are best fixed this way:
cheat gmsummon “argent_character_bp_c” 1
Unclaim the argentavis
Look at the argentavis and then type:
Cheat destroytribedinos
Alll unclaimed dinos will be destroyed. No need to manually kill the massbreeding dinos or having to be anywhere near them. Trust me, we have handled quite a few massbreeding situations in our cluster.
After you did cheat destroytribedinos, go to the location and fix the breeding problem (original breeding pair that started the massbreed) and if said dino mates and lays eggs. You need to manually pick up all the eggs from the massbreed.
