My server just keeps restarting and shutting down. How do i fix this?

You could try to force stop the server on the web interface wait a few minutes then restart again if the problem still persists you will have to submit a support ticket.

Make sure youre calling during the open house for the hot line. There may be a line but stick with it. And sorry about the ticket its taking a little longer at the moment to work through tickets.

Any known fixes for this? As my server is also stuck in a restart loop.

5 days later, still no fix. Called and they say they don't know how to fix it and need to escalate the ticket. That was 4 days ago. So now I am paying for a broken server. Nice nitrado!
