I am running an ark cluster on PS4 - We were in the middle of playing on our server everything was fine for hours and all of a sudden everyone starts hitting 255 ping, so I try to fix the issue by restarting the server and when i try to join back in i just keep getting time out error. It's not just myself who can not join its everyone, it says 0/50 players online and everyone in my discord is complaining to me to fix the server. I have been trying to contact nitrado through usa phone line and it keeps saying there busy with costumers... its close to closing time and I'm just assuming but it feels like there not even working today! what should i do?
I also tried a new save data the outcome is still the same.
255 ping!
