Banlist

does anyone else have an issue with the banlist not working ? I have a player I have banned from my server and is showing up as in the banlist but yet they are still free to join when they want.

is there a whitelist hidden somewhere I can use instead ? I've looked for ages and can't see one

done that a few times since I banned them, I wasn't online but was editing files for dayz and clicked wrong server and say they was on that's y I know its not working

well I did change the password but they somehow got it again that's why I thought it wasn't a problem (also stopped offline raiding and added a admin p/w too so they cant do to much damage), that's why I was hoping there was a whitelist for ark like I use for my dayz server
