Same issue, Can find my server if I hit refresh a few times. First time it looked like the game was going to load but then kicked me back to server search screen. After that, all other attemps just time out. Currently on (v311.79)

I'm being able to connect to servers without password in version 311.87, but my server has to be updated again by nitrado, currently is on 311.79.
Now, on saturday, I hope there exists some class of service in Germany that trigger the new release.
I'll keep restarting it from time to time, trying to force the new update. I don't know if it helps or not, but is the only thing I can do....

Server v311.94 is rolling out right now on Offical Servers.
Patch notes says that it will containt following update: Additional Logging on Official Servers to identify connection and listing issues.
This could help to track down the poblems we are having but it says official Servers so maybe not after all xD

Nitrado servers are now 311.79 but can't conect neither whit epic launcher

I have recently purchased a server andt the server is showing up on the server list but when i try to connect it, it loads for like 30 seconds then say "Connection Timeout". is there any way around this? i did bump up some rates and changed some settings, could that be why i cant connect? someone please help

Nothing changed for me yet, I just log on once in a while praying it’ll work, I hope when it’s fixed I get the days I missed out playing back

i bet if we all stopped paying for there servers they would fix this problem a whole lot faster this is 100% ridiculous it has been days and they are not doing a good job of communicating with there customers if this is not fixed today they will have lost atleast one customer for good and i hope others will do the same becuz this is just crazy paying for a product you can not use.

have you submitted a support ticket yet for the issues regarding connecting through the epic launcher? If you havent can you please do so..
This will help to know which servers are trying to connect via the epic launcher.

I am renting a server as of this morning and suffer from the same issue.
I fully expect the time I am not able to log on to my server to be added to my rental period for free.
If not I most certainly will not extend my rental period.
And yes, I've submitted a ticket.

As a mod I do not have access to your accounts or servers. that it why I asked about the ticket. Again I apologize that it is still having issues. If youve already talked to support I would do as they asked. As for any reimbursements or time added on i have no say on that. From what I've read on other posts about the same issue. It says time will be added on, but again that is not up to myself or the other mods.

If you want to use your server while all this chaos persists you can do this:
-Don't set a Password for your server
(You have to restart the server after deleting the password)
-Start a singleplayer game
-Use the TAB key to open the console
-type "open serverip:port" (without the "") [for example: open 8.8.8.8:60000]
This made it possible for me and my friends to connect to our server.
