Exactly what it says, I've already tried multiple browsers and cleared cache. The web interface for my Conan Exiles server to update the mods/workshop is not working. Please fix! My players cannot access my server because of a mod update and I have no way of remedying that situation.

I will second that I am unable to get to the webinterface workshop settings page. gives an html 500 error. Was working fine even last night (as I've been working on solving the mod issues that have hurt my server).

Same here, and we have a mod with an update, and i need to doing it manually.
Update:
I make an update from the button, but some of my players still have the issue -
Myself and other admins are having this problem as well.

Make an restart with the upside button, and it works, apparently

Ive restarted the server a few times and it still doesnt work. Quite a few hours of paid server time that we've lost so far

as of midnight, 6/11 theres been no acknowledgement of a problem from nitrado.
Update, If the problem is not resolved or acknowledged by them when I get to work, I'll submit a formal ticket or call and will try and update when theres something to update. Hopefully its already being worked on and will be fixed before the weekend.

I'm sorry you're havin issues with your servers. We do not have access to your servers or account on the forums. You must submit a support ticket if you havemt already. Tickets can take up to 24hours to be worked on. In some instances it may take a little longer.

well i would have loved to send a ticket but thats not working for me atm either. it keeps saying there is a open ticket but theres not. both tickets are solved and months old.

don't you see an option by support questions new support ticked or something? it must stand above all youre other tickets on the right upper corner

I have had the same problem for my server since yesterday. However, Nitrado is working the problem with a company called Valve. I understand that the reason the web site is not working is because they have lost connectivity to Steam. One of my Admin partners called Nitrado Tech Support in Germany today for the latest. There is no current ETA for a fix. I do wish that Nitrado would post a status update here though.

I just checked - Mod access is back up for me. I have just restarted my server to update mods. You guys might all want to check.

Yes its there, but when i click on it it gives the message that there is a open support ticket wich there is not and as long as it gives that notice you cant open a other one. my gues its not closed on nitrado's end.
And regarding the problem at hand it seems to been fixed for us aswel. server has been updated and running again. Would love to know what was the problem.
