Mine toatlly fails to connect and now will not let me save the config to even change the server name.

They dont include the complete server files , you wont be able to modify your setting , not able to admin your own server. As for game support , they will not help you with the config files

Only thing we can do is wait i guess and hope we will get a solution for this , still other ppl should not buy a server here now but when its fixed
