Anyone buying scum servers now have been ripped off

I have the exact same issue and errors as the OP.

Majority of config settings are missing compared to a SCUM server I have with a competitor.

I am unable to save any server config due to receiving the same error as the OP is getting.

This is completely unusable and I would expect all nitrado SCUM server owners with this issue to be re-imbursed due to the SCUM servers being unusable in this state.

I have not had any replies to my ticket as of yet and still unable to do anything with my server. Not a good start!

This is just sad...

At least you can see your server config. I cant even save/load mine as I get an error lol This is not good at all.

I have the exact same problem cant make any change to the setting neither login in the game even by IP Address.

They are working on the missing configuration settings, however im in the same boat with my server being inaccessible and unable to make any changes to settings/config.

Well i hope so. I did not recieved any kind of anwers from them. I sent a ticket yesterday anyways.

Just spoke to Nitrado Support on Skype. They have escalated my ticket and the advisor said he saw the same issue yesterday but will need to escalate. Guess its a waiting game. I do hope they extend the rental time though as I've been unable to use it

Thanks for the update!, yes, they definitely need to get their engineering team to work on Scum ASAP.

Otherwise, it's just a scam and we already paid for it!

At least they need to answer tickets.. i did not recieved any kind of contact from them.

The only reason I have a reply on my ticket within 24 hours now is because I called them on Skype and the support guy replied to it as I was on the call with him lol

Give them a call on Skype to try speed things up, but yeah either way the support needs to improve as this is not good.

let us know when they solve any cases from this. and what was the issue plz

Well... i'm keeping an eye on my ticket , wondering how long it will take , they know the problem by now i'm sure they are on it i hope
