Great idea to start hosting SCUM servers , too bad its not a good start... Nothing is working properly , you have set to create an admin password but no1 is able to get in as an admin. Alot of configurations are missing aswell , the reason we pay for a server is to be able to easy host en modify the server and be an admin wich is not possible on here... so yeah... i hope this will get fixed soon ill never be able to keep players on my server this way... Kinda feel sorry for spending my money on this... Any way to get a refund? Not gonna use this server in this state... If i had only knew...

The option to add yourself as an admin isn't required yet it is there but isn't required. The option is not on the web interface yet as well. Also when it comes to configuration they are usually limited to what the developer allows us to have. More options get added as tike goes on and updates roll in.

Any way to get the files from the developer? Other parties have them too and have advanced settings... Plenty of servers like tha. In case it isn't possible to get those files , is there a way to get refunded so i can use my credits for an ark server or something? Cause this is a lost cause...

I support the request, saw the other company that offers a whole lot of other configurations.
Now the we cannot config our own server since Nitrado developers haven't been working on guaranteeing full support for initial release.
It's a mess, but it's only been a couple of hours.
They will surely compensate by extending the time of the rent, since we paid in advance for the servers and we cannot make proper use of it.

I certainly hope so , i mean they advertised as beeing ready to go... This is not ready to be rented out yet imo...

The only way to go about refunds or anything like that is to go through support. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that it causes.

Now it's in a state where you cannot even do simple things.

It is not that hard to get these things in order tho , ill hope this will be a quick fix and not take forever. Just strange that it's advertised as something big while it is not even close to having a dedicated server , we rent a domain now for s**ts and giggles and what do we get? A server with incomplete files... might aswell just join any other random server ingame that really needs players... Company should have thought of this before selling anything. you probably have made lots of money by ppl creating SCUM servers and by the look of the discord servers ppl are very dissapointed... just saying , this is bad advertising

Im having the same problem. Majority of the server settings are missing compared to a SCUM server I have with a competitor.
Also my server config seems messed up and cannot save any server configuration as it just errors.
This is in an unusable state and clearly not tested before launch. Very poor.

Support do not seem to reply to tickets, not had anything back on mine yet.
Fully expect this to be resolved ASAP and rent time extended for the inconvenience.
Can you at least ask support to look at the tickets as a matter of urgency as this is not great for a new product release at all. I'd be embarrassed about such a fail if I were the owner of Nitrado.

Tickets are answered in the order they're received. It can take up to 24 hours to get a response sometimes a little longer in some instances. 24 hour response on a newly released product? Leaving all these new customers stranded for 24 hours? Not good.
If they are aware of an issue, the least they can do is broadcast a post/email to advise all customers that they are aware and looking into, so far NOTHING. We dont even know if they are aware of the issue due to the lack of acknowledgement and/or response.Ill be sure to voice my concerns within the ticket but I will also voice outside of the ticket if I feel customers are being treated unfairly!
